The Oregon Zoo, a Department of Metro, a
metropolitan service district organized under the laws
of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located

is requesting proposals for Financial Advisor
Services.
Sealed proposals are due no later than close of
business, August 25, 2016, in Metro’s business
offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to
provide financial advisor services including, but not
limited to: services relating to bond issuances/
transactions, identifying options for debt issuance,
refunding and alternate financing strategies,
consulting with and advising Metro on issues relating
to operations, financial planning, debt management
and policy issues.
