Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission
(MERC), an appointed commission of Metro, a
metropolitan service district organized under the laws
of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located
at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736,
is hereby requesting proposals for Stagehand Payroll
Services for Portland’5 Centers for the Arts.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm May 26,
2016 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand
Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Riko
Frohnmayer, Procurement RFP 3170.
The selected contractor shall provide payroll
services for Portland’5 Center for the Arts.

coordinates programs and activities in support of the
more than 180 miles of soft surface trail in Portland's
parks and natural areas. This position also works with
our Youth Conservation Crew program to help direct
youth crews performing trail maintenance in natural
areas.
