PIFF 39. For the 39th year, the Northwest Film Center is bringing cinema from around the world to Portland with the Portland International Film Festival. The festival,
which continues through February 27, includes 97 features and 54 shorts from more than 50 countries. The Throne (pictured), a historical period drama set during the
reign of King Yeongjo about Crown Prince Sado, the heir to the throne during the Joseon Dynasty who was deemed unfit to rule and was condemned to death by his
