Bureau Emergency Manager, the Program
Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing,
implementing, and evaluating program activities
such as emergency responder trainings, exercises,
and response plan updates. Specifically, this position
will oversee the tracking and maintenance of
emergency response equipment, including vehicles,
trailers, 800 MHz and VHF radios, satellite phones,
and damage assessment and employee disaster kits.

program, our region’s volunteer center. Join a diverse

of Breaking the Cycle of Childhood Poverty in our
region! Key responsibilities include managing our
volunteer center partnerships with nonprofits west of
the Willamette River, including developing and
maintaining relationships with community partners
and volunteer leaders; working alongside other
Hands On staff members to manage partner service
operations; managing all Washington County
programming and other program-related functions;
and serving as the primary lead in communicating to
external west-side constituents. 3-5 years’ relevant
experience; BA Degree; or a comparable
combination of experience and education. Strong
communication, volunteer management, and project
management experience required. Hiring Range:
$36,720 to $44,064, DOE. Position open until filled.
