Technician to join their team. Provide general
maintenance of electrical, carpentry, drywall repair,
plumbing, and heating/ventilation. Duties will include:
• Minor plumbing repairs; leaks and clogs.
• Various repairs, such as furniture repair,
hanging pictures, door and lock hardware,
holes in walls and ceilings.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical circuits
and fixtures.
• Operate, repair, and maintain variety of
equipment and power tools.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, and
two years related maintenance experience and/or
training. Valid driver’s license in state of residence
with acceptable driving record. $12.00 per hour plus
complete benefits package including company paid
and optional benefits, paid vacations, personal/sick
leave, and holidays.
