A convention was held a t the
T alent City H all on W ednes­
day, O ctober 26th. D ecorutlons

Luncheon was prep ared and
served by the ladies of the Tai
e n t G arden Club.
Music for the lunch hour was
furnished by the B radley ch ild ­
ren of W agner Creek.
Visiting clubs brought the
favors. S tate president, Mrs.
F o w ler of Pendelton, gave a talk
on a subject she called h e r " P e t”
to attain a plot of one thousand

Mrs. Bathucm y of Brooks
gave a talk on c u ltu re of Fuch-
ias. She brought to the show the
sm allest type Fuchia grow n and
is also called the m other p lan t
of all Fuchias T here a re 90

b u t w ith care do nicely here in
