So m any houses have small rooms which m ay be used as a •pare guest room, or as a sort of a den,or ns a catch-all fo r things that re a lly could go into the a ttic or basement. Other chairs may be added as space and necessity dictate, but when space is lacking, store folding chairs In the closet.
