Mrs. J. Comstock. Dunsmuir, California is the house guest of Mrs. A- M. Myer. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Forsgren, of Seattle, are in town on business. They hope to visit C rater Lake and other scenic spots while here. Mr. Forsgren is an engineer with the Edderer company who con struct cranes. Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Finnelly, Portland, are the house guests of Mrs. Gladys Bradley, Siskiyou Boulevard. The Ashland loop road is blocked by a large snow drift approxim ately a mile west of Ashland peak, a l though motorists may drive from Ashland as far as the drift, and from the Applegate direction they may drive ju st past D utchm an’s peak and travel Into the Klam ath River district by way of the junc tion, but the loop trip is impas sible, it was reported. Also, the Hershberger m o u n t,a i n road which muny fisherm en take to Little Fish lake on the Umpqua is closed the last mile by a slide according to the report.
