A parade will start the day at 11:30 with units of the parade scheduled to visit Ashland, Medford, and Talent in
the day. Plans are being considered to have a flower bombing with army reserve planes from Medford doing
the bombing.
A Queen will be selected
A queen will be selected during the day from the following six candidates:

Two Big Dances
OLD TIME — Hartley’s orchestra, contributing their services to old time dancing.
MODERN — The Lions are sponsoring the modern dance
Program during the day will include dancing by students of the Colleen Hope dance studios.
Music by Eve
Prentice’s and Bliss Heine’s bands. The Phoenix high school band will also play. The 4K Quartet will sing and
