A cabbage head makes a lovely
salad bowl fo r buffet entertaining.
Take out the inside of the cabbage,
shred it fine and m ix w ith chopped
apples, sliced stuffed olives, shred­
ded Swiss cheese and salad dress­
ing. Pile m ixtu re into cabbage
shell on a large platter.
Add hard-cooked eggs to leftover
turkey or chicken gravy and serve
over toast fo r a savory luncheon
