Grange Carnival
Bazaar Saturday
Phoenix. Dec. 1 — A carnival
a id bazaar will be held at the
Phoenix Grahge hall Saturday
evening, December 4. The affair
will begin at 7:00 pm . It is be­
ing sponsored by the Phoenix
Grange.
There will be games and prizes
will be awarded the winners. A
fish pond will lie among the a t­
tractions as well as booths where
fancywork and Christm as gifts
will be on sale.
Refreshments will be served
from 7:00 on and all ladies of the
Grange are bringing a pie.

will be held December 13 at
which time the C hristm as party
comm ittee will present plans for
the children's Christm as.
Members of the com m ittee who
are planning the party include:
Dr. Charles Hoey, Ray Harrison,
the Rev. E. J. Clark and Spencer
Crump.
Children through the sixth
grade are to be invited to the
party and the com m ittee mem­
bers are presently m aking a su r­
vey to determ ine just how many
children are in this bracket.
Gifts will be aw arded to the
children who attend the party
which will be held at the Phoe­
nix school.
