In City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, To Be Held on the 24th
day of February, 1948.

safety, and general welfare of the
citizens of the City of Ashland

and this resolution shall be in
full force and effect from and
after its adoption by the Council,
and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted under a suspension
of the rules at a regular meeting
of the Council held on the 3rd
day of February, 1948, the vote
