With Helicopter, Siren
An expedition now preparing to

and sounds of w ild animals in mo­
tion pictures and on recording m a­
chines has equipped its helicopter
w ith a novel weapon of defense, a
high-pitched siren called a Shriek-
Gun, says Collier's.
Its sound has no effect on the
