This year it is to be held as a birthday party in celebration of i t s seventh anniversary. Quill and Scroll, which has been an active, bift not long established group, was iirst organized in 1940 under the leadership of Mrs. Mary G ean Forgus. Only two initiates, Virginia Lutz and Sue Pearson, both sen- I lots, have met the requirem ents 1 since last February's initiation.
