We c a n ’t say th a t we expect th e bus d riv e r to h o v er over th e p assen g ers and look a fte r th e ir in d i­ vidual w elfare like th e h o stess does on an airline, bu t we can su g g e st th a t co u rte sy and a ssista n c e such a s a j p le a sa n t “ hello,” and a sm iling “goodby,” m ig h t m ake th e p asse n g er feel a s th o u g h th e bus com pany w as glad to g e t th e ir m oney.
