Annexation Why The Mayor and Council Favor the Inclusion of Cer­ tain Areas Within The City Limits Elk Officers To The Mayor and Council of the City of Ashland wish to give their support to Go To State Meet the proposal to annex certain territory east of the present city lim its, which proposal is to be voted on at a Special Election to be belt! within the city, and within the territory proposed to he annexed, on the 20th day of June, 1917, for the following reasons: 1.
