(Serves 6) C to 8 ounces elbow m acaroni 2 tablespoons b utter 2 tablespoons m ustard 1'4 cups m ilk 1 cup ground ham !4 teaspoon salt (it teaspoon pepper ’ 4 eup chopped c e le ry 2 apples 3 tablespoons brow n sugar Creamed Tuna, Noodle Nest. (Serves 6) 1 ounces noodles 3 tablespoons each, pim iento and green pepper 2 tablespoons b u tte r 2 tablespoons flour Salt and pepper 1(4 cups m ilk 1 6-ounce ra n tuna fish 1 eup cooked green peas Cook noodles in b o ilin g , salted wa te r u n til tender. M ix w ith pim iento and green pepper and m ake nest in casserole. M e lt b u tte r, add flour, salt and pepper to taste and m ilk. Cook u n til th ic k and smooth. Add tuna and peas and pour in to noodle nest. H eat in m oderate oven fo r 15 to 20 m inutes.
