The Annual meeting and Election of Board of Directors of the re­ organized Ashland Young Men’s Christian Association will be held next Sunday afternoon, January 26th at j;oo o’clock in the Presbyter­ ian Church. This meeting with the election of the 21 members to the Board of Directors will complete the process of reorganization started some months ago and brought to completion under the direction of the temporary Board comopsed of about fifteen local business and pro­ fessional men. During the past eight or nine months this group of men under the leadership of John Billings, President of the Board of Directors has been able to complete the process whereby the Ashland Y.M.C.A. has become affiliated with the National Movement; successfully raised the funds necessary for the operation and promotion of the program of the Association; secured a fulltime Y.M.C.A. Secretary and through the cooperation of the City Council obtained a building to serve as a head­ quarters aaid center for the program and activities of the Y.M.C.A. in the community.
