Subscribe Now to THE JACKSONVILLE MINER Help the Seventh and Eighth Qrades Increase Their Home Room Fund Point and Commission Schedule Throuqh the courtesy of the Jacksonville school system, the Jacksonville Miner is sponsoring a subscription campaign, with the students of the Seventh and Eighth grades taking p art Proceeds of the campaign will be divided evenly among the Seventh and Eighth grade home room and the students in the room. Student salesman will call on you sometime during the next three days. Each of these salesman receives a commis­ sion from the sale of a subscription, and he also receives a certain number of points which entitles him to a chance on a jackpot award. The schedule of commissions and the amount of money which goes into the jackpot is listed at the right. At the close of the campaign, Monday, January 20 .the student who has the greatest number of points will win one- half of the total amount in the jackpot, the student with the second greatest number of points will win one quarter of the amount in the jackpot plus $2.50 ,the student with the third largest number of points will win one-fourth of the total in the jackpot minus 2.50.
