Crumble yeast into small bowl.
Add lukewarm w ater and 1 tea­
spoon su g ar and set in warm place
until it becomes light und spongy
(about 15 m inutes). Combine Spry,
salt, and sugar in large bowl and
add scalded milk. S tir until Spry
is melted, then cool until luke­
warm. Add yeast n ix tu rg and

blend. Add eggs and mix well. Add
flour and knead to a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise until double in
bulk (about 2 hours).
Take ’4 of dough on board and
knead lightly. Roll very thin, c u t
in 4-inch circles. Place 1 teahpocii
orange marmalade on each circle,
