A report was made by a plan­
ning committee of the dairy in­
dustry which has been making a
survey of available sources of ap­
proved milk and a study of supply
and distribution problems con­
fronting the dairy industry This
committee was composed of Rob­
ert G Fowler, county agent for
Jackson county; Paul Carpenter,
farm economist of the US exten­
sion service and Oregon State col­
lege. and Frank A Rowe, repre­
sentative of the Oregon milk con-
trol board.
