Court Orders Ashland
Pair Held 90 Days

armed holdup of a service station
near Gold Hill, are to be held in
the county jail for 90 days for
observation before the court will
make final disposition of their
cases.
Johnson, oldest of the trio, was
sentenced to an indeterminate
prison term ,not to exceed 10
years, by Circuit Judge H. K.
Hanna. Leniency was asked in
behalf of the Ashland boys be­
cause of their youth, both of them
being under 18 years of age.
