Friday morning at his Hilt home
at the age of 67. Services were
held at the Bills and Burton chapel
in Yreka Monday afternoon at 2
o'clock with Rev. Malone officiat­
ing, and burial was made at the
Evergreen cemetery.
• The Hilt elementary school op­
ened last Tuesday with 96 pupils
enrolled, the largest number in
several years
• Mr and Mrs. Clinton Cobb left
Friday evening on a two week va­
cation trip to southern California.
• Robert Eastman of Hilt and
Mary McDonough of Yreka were
married Tuesday.
