Some dispute has arisen in Ashland during the
last few days involving the sawmill of Arthur L. Cog
gins on lower East Main street at the railroad tracks.
A neighbor who lives alongside the property, where
lumber is piled, has complained to the city council that
fire hazard is great, and that sanitary conditions are
not what they should be. The council appointed a com
mittee to “investigate" the charges and report back.
