Ladies Night To Be
Repeated at Armory
For Monday Matches
Another "ladies’ night" is sched
uled for Monday night’s wrestling
matches in the Medford armory,
according to Mack Lillard, pro
moter. Last week's card was wit
nessed by more ladies than ever
before, many being turned away
because of the lack of standing
room. The way this plan works,
every paid admission may be ac
companied by a pass that admits
one lady free.
Promoter Lillard has arranged
another all-nrain-event card for
Monday night with Champion
Dude Chick, the former Cheyenne
cowboy, meeting Sockeye Jack
McDonald. Seattle logger. McDon
ald is no doubt one of the greatest
threats for Chicks crown and
fans are assured of more fast ac
tion when these two get together.
Second up on the all-star card
will be Red Lyons, the red-headed
Joplin Ghost, who endulges in the
terrific arguments with Referee
Yokely, meeting Floyd Britt, who
has won all but one of his matches
since appearing here and is more
than clever, even though he gets
rough occasionally
On the opener will be Bob Chick
and the Secret. Chick’s brother
unmasked the Secret last week
and at this writing it is not known
whether the mean one will appear
in costume.
Opening bout will start at 8:30
p. m. sharp and fans are urged
to be early for seats.
