Following the business meeting Mrs. Edwin Dunn, Lecturer, pre- sented the following program in observance of Music Week: Two folk dances by Yvonne Christlieb. Betty Dunn, Patricia Bell, Janet Talent, Barbara Helm, and Vida Williams, pupils of Miss Doris Hitchcock; Mrs. Dunn gave an interesting reading on the history of music; A quartet composed of 1 Patricia Bell, Barbara Helm, Janet i Talent, and Vida Williams sang two songs, A vocal duet by Mrs Henry Carter and Miss Esther Carter; a violin solo by Dale Will­ iams; a reading by Henry Carter. The hospitality committee for the next Grange meeting, which will be held May 20. is as follows: Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Bell. The first official league game of the season was played here Sunday with the need Redmen. A good crowd turned out Mr. Holmberg threw the first ball. Several select­ ions were played by the Hilt Brass Band led by Archie Legg. The Redmen took the game 4 to 0. Two of the Redmen players suffer­ ed injured ankles and were re­ placed by other men during the game. Our next game will be with Dunsmuir, May 10.
