The Community club held it«
regular meeting Wednesday after-
noon. During the business meet­
ing, forxi wan solicited for the tur­
key dinner which la to be given
December 18. A bazaar ia to be

Mr«. Ed Gowland, who la the gen­
eral chairman. After the business
meeting, the group enjoyed a
Christmas tree anu gift«. During
I the program hour, Mrs. Waiter
Longstreth and Mr« I. E. Dead-
mond gave two vocal duets, and
Dale Williams, Barbara Helm and
Veda Williams were presented in
violin solos. Mrs. Herman Helm,
Mrs Willis Byrd and Mr« Walter
Hash were the hosteases for the
afternoon.
A New Year’s dinner will be
given for the Community club
members and their families on
New Year’s eve. Mra Louis Fan­
key is the general chairman. A

The Bellview Grange is sponsor­
ing a dance Friday night. The
ways and means committee, com-
! posed of Mrs. Herman Helm, Mrs.
