REFT'GE FROM KO REA M AR Arriving via plane from Japan August 17 was Mrs Wayne Hume and her three children, guests at the Louis Crow home. The family has been in occupied Japan for the past year with Ma jor Hume serving in the medical corps. They returned to the states because of the present war situa tion, landing at San Francisco be fore continuing to Portland. Mrs. Hume states that the ex perience of living in Japan has been an invaluable experience for her children ages 9. 11 and 1-1 years. She commends American schools there.
