Representative Earl E. Fisher
writes that his H. B. 11, to raise
qualifications for the position of
county surveyor, passed the state
senate February 7 with only 4
dissenting votes.
Introduced by Fisher at the re­
quest of the state association of
county surveyors, the measure
now needs only the signature or
