Quoting s a fe ty rules given in the kite in stru ction s h e et being distributed a t the P G E office, E a s te r o f fe r s the following advice to kite flyers: "Avoid flyin g a kite in th e vi cinity of telephone or power lines and if it does b ecom e entangled in the lines, call th e power com pany to have it removed, ra th e r th an a tte m p tin g to remove it yourself. "D esign your k ite to fly with out a tail, since it is the tai which usually b ecom es entangled.
