In accordance with the provisions of the “Local Budget Law ’’ (Sections 110-
1201 to 110-1215, O. C. L A., as amended), notice is hereby given that the budget
committee of the Town of Beaverton, Oregon, in compliance with said law, prepared
and adopted on May 24, 1943, the budget estimates for the Town of Beaverton, Oie-
gon, for the ensuing fiscal year July 1, 1943, to June 30, 19+4. as set forth in the
accompanying sahedules. All persons are hereby notified that on Monday the 12th
Hay of July, 1943, at 8 p. m., at the City Hall, In Beaverton, Oregon, said budget es­
timate may be discussed with the Town Council, the levying board for Town of
Beaverton, Oregon, and any person subject to the proposed tax levy or tax levies
will be heard in favor of or against said proposed tax levy or any part thereof.
The outstanding indebtedness of Town of Beaverton, Oregon, at April 30,
1943, consisted of Refunding Improvement Bonds. Series 1939, $29.000.00 Refunding
Water Bonds. Series 1940. $39.000.00.
