feel the loss, because the loss would be distributed over so
great a number. It would not be felt as much as the loss

Our own local government up to and including the
State government, afterall, and in many respects, is the
more important. It is more important because it affects
directly our homes, schools, transportation, peace and
order and general welfare. There are fewer upon whom
the responsibility must rest; therefore individual respon
