C. Bridges. He has a big stock of hardware, including dishes, cooking utensils, furniture, bedding, stoves, plows, rakes, shovels, etc. Mr. Bridges also has a store at Beaverton, T he Beaverton Fix- change. This store has been estab lished three years and he is well known throughout the county. Mr. Bridges had such a large stock of goods at his Beaverton store that he could not display it to good advantage and so decided to open another store in the thriv ing town of Aloha. Mrs. Bridges will be in charge of one of the stores and her sister. Mrs. Katie Shores in charge of tin oth e r and Mr. Bridges will super vise both places. Store Has Good Looking Fixtures T h e Thyng Confectionery and Ice ( ream Parlor has some very good looking fixtures. T he mirrors arc large and the shelving has beautiful leaded glass doors. He lias had a rack made for fruit, which can be used either i n side or outside the store. W ednes day, men were busy installing a striped green and white awning and Friday an electric sign will be put up. S. T. Winisky installed the co/v nooks in the store where ice cream will be served.
