The city council met Saturday night
to discuss the matter o f placing the
street lights on a switch, so the cur
rent may be turned off during the day
light hours. E. G. Robinson was pres
ent and stated the cost will be about
$200. The matter at issue seems to be
whether the city or the Molaila Elec
tric Company shall stand the expense.
The matter was not. decided and went
over until the next meeting. With the
current on 24 hours, the Electric Light
Co. loses about 15 cents on each lig^it.
