gold, silver and other precious
metals and minerals, with surface
ground 600 feet In width, said lodes

county of Baker, state of Orogou,
snid lodes being more particularly
described by the plat herewith posted
and designated by the Held uotes on

a net area, after excluding the area
in conflict with the Majestic lode,

of an acre of 31.76 acres, all accord
ing to said Mineral Survey No. 500,
