Oregon, and embracing ICO acres or
eight full claims) have performed
the assessment work upon said In
dependence Placer Mine, as required
by law for the year 1001, and for
the year 10,02, and you are hereby
required within Ninety days from
dato of the first publication of this
notice (after date hereof) -to pay
your proportion of such expenditure
(for each of said years, to wit : 1001
and 1002,) upon said claims for eaob
of said years. That should you fall
or refuse to contribute and pay to
F. J. Phillips or Wm. Palmer your
proportion of said expenditure then
and in that event your claim or
intorest in said claims becomes the
proporty of your said co-ownors, F.
J. Phillips and Wm. Palmer. That
payment of your said proportion of
said expenditures may bo made to
Wm. Palmer at Ueiser, Hakor County,
