Haiti contractor will not require nor
attempt to require tlio City of
Humptor by legal process or other

thereof out of any other fund.
Sec. 4. Tho contract or contracts

subject to tho provisions of Ordinance
No. 134 of tho City of Sumpter,
entitled: "An ordinance to provide
for tho giving of bonds for tho
lierforniauco of contracts made by
contractors of tho City of Humptor,
ami for tho protection of laborers
doing work and material men furnish
ing material on said contracts, "and
Haiti ordinauco bo made a part of Bald
Hoc. (i. Tho City Recorder is
hereby authorized and directed to
advertise for and receive bids for
making said improvement, aud tho
