That there shall bo con structed iu tho City of Suinpter, a sowor system In accordano It tho map thereof aud drawings thereof entitled "Map of sowor system of tho City of Sumpter", tho specifications thereof entitled: "specifications of sewer system", prepared by C. II. Feiiner, City Engineer, and designed by Plillbrlck & Fennor, Civil Engineers, and tho estlmato of cost thereof made by said C. II. Foutior, City Engineer, all of which aro uow on file with tho City Recorder of tho City of Sumpter, Oregon, aud aro horoby referred to and mado a part of this ordinance Sec. 2. That tho cost of said sewer system shall bo estimated as shown by tho specifications and estimate aforesaid, prepared by said C. H. Fennor, City Engineer, tho total cost thereof as shown thoreby, to be tho sum of 810,000. That said sewer system shall bo constructed at the ex penso of the entire city, the funds therefor to be raised by bonding the City. Seo. 3.
