We have mtule arrangements so as to bo able to pell some Highland shares on the Installment rinn at the rate of Eight (8) cents per xltnro
on the following terms: 08.00 Eight Dollar in cash balance at the rate of eight dollars per mouth on ctu'h thousand (1000) shares until
fully paid for.
This offer is made in order to glvo those who did uot hare enough money no hand to purchase as many shares of Highland as was desired
an opportmunity to pay for the stock as they earn tho money.
This offer is only intended to giro the persons with small means au opportunity to participate in this great stock.
We hardly think it is necessary to go into details regardlug tho Highland as it is now a well known fact that it Is the coming great mine
of Eastern Oregon, the development of late has demonstrated this fact; but should you wish further information, write to us and we will gladly
furnish you same. 'Wo will send you our new prospectus from which you can learn much. We would further suggest that you write to a few
of the legitimte mining men, business men or bankers about Highland, or if you would rather come and look for yourself let us know, we will
furnish you with transportation from your home and return to the Highlud mine; prove to us that you have some money you would like to
invest and we will bring you to the proprtey and show you somethlug which you will be proud to invest your money in.
We are anxious to havo men with money to como out aud look over and examine the Highland because we know they will be plcaxcd wtMi
tho property. We know we havo tho making of a largo gold producer aud dividend payer.

The undersigned hereby subscribes for Shares in the
HIGHLAND GOLD MINES COMPANY, at the rate of Eight (8) Cents per share, fully
paid and non-assessable, amounting to Dollars, and hereby
encloses the sum of. Dollars as part payment and agrees to pay the
