R. 35 E. V. M., iu Baker County, Oregou, said claims adjoiulug tio Pboonlx mluo; also tho Hollo Villo quartz mining claim situato about .l4 milo oastorly from tho Dou Juan quartz mining claim abovo doscrlbod. Also tho Greonwood water right as located by O. T. Kelly aud others ou the 15h day of July, 1805, and moro par ticularly described iu tho notice of location thereof recorded at page 388 of Vol. D, of records of water rights of Baker County, Oregon ; said water right being situated lu Baker County, Oregon. Together with all the improvements thereon, and the tenements, here ditaments and appurtenaucea thero uuto belongiug or in any wise apper taining to any of said mining claims, water rights or mill sites, as well as all rights, privileges and franchises therewith connected. The above' named Don Juan, Do Do, and Do Do No. 2 quartz miuiug claims and the Dou Juan Mill Sito with improvements thereon constitute what is commonly known us the Dou Juan Mine situate ou the slope of Greomvood Gulch about 80 rods northerly from tho Phoenix mine lu Township 10 S. Tho followiug is a description of tho personal property above men tioned aud attached In this action to satisfy Plaintiff's demand; the said proporty boiug situate at the said Dou Juan Miuo in Baker County, Oregou, to-wlt: One frame office building, situ ated at the Dou Juuu mine together with tho contents thereof, consisting of office furniture, gold scales, beds, etc., as described lu tho Sheriff's return ou tho attachment herein; ono small chicken house aud pig pou comblucd, also four chickeus aud including all porsoual property iu said otflco, collar, and chicken house. One log boardiug house, together with the contents thereof, consisting of stoves, dining room furniture, cooklug utonslls, aud as the siuno is moro fully shown in said Sherilf's return, aud iucluding all personal proporty iu said boarding houso. Ono framo buuk bouse building, ono cross cut saw, one stove and pipo, 7 beds, said proporty . being located iu said bunk houses. 25 cords of wood situated at the Dou Juan mill. Ouo 10-stump mill building, ouo steam mill engine complete (Erie muko), togother with all belts, pulleys, aud all equipments, ouo 75 horso power (Erio make) boiler, com plete, eucasod lu stouo, tngethor with all pipo aud all equipments of said boiler, ouo wood track containing about 75 foot T. Rail (moro or less) and ono wood car; ouo viso, two mill lamps, ouo hammer, ouo pipe wrench, one gas pipo cutter, ono gas pipe wrench, oue square, ono augor, 0 five gallon cans part filled with eil: ouo rope and windlass, one box old iron scraps, ono band lamp (largo bIzo); oue feedor pump completo for boiler, one hoator conuooted with said bollor, ono pick, one sledgo, one ax, ono Willisul Concentrator completo inoludiug tablo and framo, ouo lot of oro sacks, 18 sacks of concentrates, 2 copper mill platos size 0x12 feet; ouo 10-stamp mill complote with stamps and dies Including framo aud all equipments therewith; 2 flvo stamp battarios, ouo wrench, ouo lot of tools, ouo crock aud coutaius about 15 pounds of quicksilver; ouo mortor, ouo gold pan, ouo strulght wrench, ouo lot of old iron shoos aud dies, a lot of old tubbets, 2 hoppers or feeders, ouo boating pipo 14 inch and about CO feet long, ono rock crushor, one grindstone, ouo oro car, ouo log chaiu, one lot of steel drills aud underground miuiug tools situated iu said oro cur; chain blocks aud ropp, 5 bnxos of giant powdor, ouo pipo uud vico, ouo roll of packing, ouo grindstone, ono iron grisly, all of said proporty is located lu the mill of said Don Juau miuo, aud iucluding all porsoual proporty in said mill.
