gon, where are situated upon tho MOTHER LODE system the North
Pole, E. & E., Columbia and Goloonda Mines, known tho world over

WIDTH AND LENGTH OF VEIN.
The vein is traceable the entire length of the claims, thirty-flvo
hundred (3500) feet, aud tho ore shoots are known to be of Immenso
length, and tho values in the same evenly distributed throughout.
Tho width of tho vein varies from ten (10) to forty (40) feet, aud
has a uortheasterly and southwesterly strike or course; tho xnna
neucy of which has been demonstrated by the development of the
other mines ou the now famous MOTHER LODE of the Sumpter
District.
The vein on this property has been explored thoroughly on tho
surface by means of shafts, tunnels aud open cuts, aud Is known
to carry commercial values the entire length of tho claims.
