More Improvements to be Made in the Near Future. The new anil completely up-to-date hoisting plant on the great Golconda mine is now in perfect working order. The cage makes its trips from tho sur face to the 500-foot level and hack as smoothly as though it had been in use for a year. Stations have been cut and chairs put in at every 100-foot level except the 600, and that will be completed in a abort time. Every drift in the mine which has been in ore for the past few weeks con tinues to follow high grade pay shoots as they are continued onward. The 20 stamps of the mill are all dropping, crushing over five tons per stamp each twenty-four hours.
