puny in the Greenhorn district of cant-
em Oregon. While there he arranged
for the erection of a mill building,
which is now in course of coiiHtruction,
and since his return home has been
hurrying the completion of a Parker
Ilotary mill, which is practically finished
and will be shipped in a few days from
the Northwestern Iron works. Thu lie
ginning of operations is thus now only a
