Piesideut Goss, of the Hank of Similiter, had Craig arrested last fall for beating him out of about fl, 000 while acting as agent of the bank at Whitney. This suit for damages, as a result ot that transaction, is acknowl edged by exjierts to bo tho llnest speci men of gall ever exhibited in this state.
