The report that the fiolcond.'i lm finally been sold Is now ulven uenenil crrJence by mining men. Mr. Flood, of I'ennsylv.-inl.'i, N. G. Ne.-il, of I'lttslnirch, I.. Y. VVoodmnnsee. of Hast Liverpool, Ohio, are now at the mine; it is thought, for the purpose of taking possession. Mr. Flood Is the sec retary of (lie company which Is supposed to have made the purchase, and, it is said, will remain here in ch.irne of affairs. 'I lie other gentlemen are interested one way or another in the deal. One of them is a mining engineer, u ho lias come here tn make a final examination. 'I III: MINER has heen unable to secure my authoritative information regarding the sale. I here ate various reports in -ircul.it ion regarding the details, I he price is placed at half a million doll.iis, .1 portion of which Is paid In cash and the remainder In one year, during which time 1 75,000 must lie expended in development work.
