man lode, bearing gold, from the discovery shaft
thereon, with surface ground six hundred (600) feet In
width, being three hundred feel on each side ol said
lode, except that portion thereof covered by the Tin
Horn quarti claim ax above described, the notice of
location of which Old Middleman quarti claim Is re
corded on page 71 Vol F of, the records of quarti
claims of Baker county, Oregon, In the office of the
Recorder of said county'. The adjoining claims to

claim to the east, there being no adjoining claims to

Said Cyclone mill site adjoins the Old Middleman
quarti claim on the northwest corner thereof and
Telephone quarts claim and adjoins no other quarti
claims: all else being vacant, unoccupied land, and
has an area nf four and 45-1000 (4.04 0 acres: the no

Said Tin Horn mill site adjoins the Appomattox
quarti claim, Mineral Survey No. to, the Columbia
quarti claim. Mineral Survey No. 176, the above men
tioned Tin Horn and Old Middleman quarti claims
and Telephone quarli claim, and contains an area
of one and 746-1000(1.746) acres, all else being va
cant, unoccupied land, the notice of location of which
Is recorded nn page aoa of Volume M of Ihe Records
nf Quarts Locations tor Haker County, Oregon, in
the office ol the Recorder thereof; and a particular
description of which Is hereinabove set forth.

ground, vein, lode, premises or any portion thereof so
