David Llttlelield, of Auburn, has bond rd his much, placer mines and water rights, taking most of Blk creek, to Charles S. Warren and W. I.. Vinson, of Sumpter. 'I he figures are withheld, but f 25,000 Is supposed to be the consideration In volved. This Is considered the best pl.icer prop erty In eastern Oregon, and the much property is one of the best in Maker county. The water rights are of great value.
