paring to offer for sale at fixed prices
to the American public, through the
Army Quartermaster retail stores,
approximately 1,900.00 pairs of new
army shoes made on the'Maasen last.
This is the first offer made by the
War Department to sell aew army

The Quartermaster Genera of the

five retail stores now being operated
under his supervision, and they will
be available to the public as soon as
