CURES FOR UNREST
Of proffered cures for the unrest that torments he
world there is no end. Peace was to be the panacea to cure
the ills of war, but peace, administered in more or less home
opathic doses for a year, doesn t seem to have been very
good for what ails us; in fact, it has only disclosed new and
more startling ailments.
President Wilson advocates giving the people more t
an insight into government. He thinks if the voters see
more of the wheels going round, and learn' "where the tick
comes from," they will be satisfied.
