passed through the city today for his
home. Mr. Burrows haa been on an
extended trip to the coast towns of
Coos county and reports conditions
uncertain in the timber business.

Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Heath, of
Grants Pass are visiting relatives
here. Mr. Heath has a brother here
and Mrs. Heath is a sister of Mayor
and Dr. CurL
Juvenile Court Case
Alden White and Jewel Casper, tw0
girls of Shelburn, were summoned be
fore Judge W. R. Bilyeu this morning.
The evidence against them of mis
conduct was not sufficient to convict
them and on some good advice given
by Judge Bilyeu they were permitted
to return home.
Lebanon Editor in Town
Editor G. L. Alexander of the Leb
anon Express visited the Albany auto
show today, together with his family.
